“Energy is your most precious human resource.” - Susannah Seton Most of us are barraged by some kind of “bad” energy every day, whether it’s from traumatic news stories, mean classmates and coworkers, or just scrolling through our social media feed, food, and exercise, also our thoughts, emotions, and interactions with others affects our energy and our energetic field. It’s never easy to be around negativism. But beyond that, it can be quite toxic and detrimental, fostering a mindset of cynicism, fatalism, and even defeatism.
