How To Style your Afro For The Naturalist



Hey Fam....This post is for the we afro team.. The naturalist or those intending to join the team, so when you get your hair low with the intention of growing your natural or virgin hair as we know it you will be likely to meet the big chop that is a full afro. Don’t be fooled, short haired naturals; your hair’s length has nothing to do with how fabulous it can look! Natural hair can be rocked in various styles, even at super short lengths.

But before your hair grows out, you have to start from somewhere which is the short version of the big chop, and there are difficult to manage sometimes so here are some basic tips on here to style your afro.. Hope it helps........
 Look 1
The best way to keep your natural style up to par is with simple maintenance. Keeping your hair moisturized and trimmed is the most stylish thing you can do. Healthy hair looks best, and your curls look the nicest when they’re taken care of.

A simple good wash-and-go version will give you this look.
 Look 3
For those days where you find yourself in a mad dash out of the house, with little to no time for hairstyling, a little creativity may be necessary. Invest in a few scarves and wraps for quick and easy fashion-forward looks.

Embrace your texture and short length with this classy fauxhawk style. Adding color to natural hairstyles for short hair is an update that makes a big difference. Shorter styles for African American women are varied and easy to maintain. Experiment with colors and find what looks best on you.

If your length is not sufficient to make even an afro puff, there are still creative ways to style your coils in a beautiful way. Pinning the sides with delicate combs adds visual interest; also try metal combs for a look that pops a little more.
